At MSD Fitness, we run small group workouts where you will always be under the guidance of an experienced coach. These workouts are made up of constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity relative to your own capabilities. Some people need to actually take it easier and we actually encourage our members to do that. The high intensity is based on YOUR ability and goals.
If you are a middle-aged busy working professional with kids and struggling with stress your intensity in the gym needs to be much lower than a young 20 year old with minimal stress and the ability to purse being an athlete and has more time to sleep and recover.
We all workout together in a group but YOU will be working at your own pace/ability.
Our sessions are like small group 1on1 personal training sessions. The amount of support and feedback you’ll receive is next level.
This isn’t just another group workout, this is coaching and guidance in a supportive environment to help you reach your goals.
Our program is not focused towards developing one specific type of fitness, rather we aim to improve your capacity in ten recognised fitness domains:
1) Cardio-respiratory endurance
This means you will be lifting weights, doing bodyweight exercises, doing cardio intervals, core work and much more.
Every workout is different.
We don’t do the same thing every day.
We believe that this is the best way to become an “overall” ﬁtter and healthier human being.
The results from this type of training will have you look and feel amazing, be more energetic and most importantly moving better than you ever have before in your life.
We want to teach you how to move properly not only in the gym, but in everyday life.

When you walk into our gym, you’ll see straight away that it doesn’t look like your “typical gym”.
We are a purpose-built ‘Functional Fitness’ facility. Allowing you to focus on a wide range of strength and conditioning training.
You’ll ﬁnd a heap of barbells, squat racks, weight plates, kettlebells, rowing machines, assault bikes, ski ergs, pull up bars, gymnastic rings, ropes, medicine balls and lots of open floor space.
At MSD Fitness, we have an awesome community of like-minded people who just want to get ﬁtter, healthier and get one step closer to achieving their goals. We do this as a group.
At the end of each training session members will exchange high fives and positive words to one another. Really boosting the ‘good vibes’ that our gym will be offering you.
For some people, the positive vibes and support they get at the gym can be so empowering that it allows them to keep pushing through their busy lives. It’s normal to go through an entire day without someone telling you what an awesome job you are doing and we believe that being kind and positive towards each other helps to lift everyone up.
We have personally seen some of the strongest lifelong friendships form from people at the gym. When you start training with MSD, you become more than just a member at a gym, you become a part of our community and you’ll meet some amazing people and form some wonderful friendships along the way.
